Statement der Jury
The works submitted show that the students have studied the building task and the common timber construction methods in detail in order to then select and use the appropriate construction for the corresponding task. The award-winning projects are characterised by their functional and architectural quality, their integration into the urban landscape and their well-thought-out timber construction. In addition, the prize winners have also addressed important issues for the future and thus reflect the desire of a young generation to make a contribution to climate protection, resource conservation and recyclability with their work in the future.
